General Foreman

GRAHAM is recruiting several general foremen on a permanent basis for its civil engineering division in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role manages the site engineering team, including site and section engineers and foremen, oversees subcontractors, keeps the job on programme, on budget and to specification, controls costs, runs site quality and environmental plans, and reports at monthly progress meetings, liaising with the client and designers.

• Previous experience as a general foreman or foreman in civil engineering
• Able to read technical drawings
• CSCS card (or CSR or SafePass)
• Experience on highway or public realm projects
• Construction management qualifications desirable
