General Operative

VolkerWessels UK is hiring a permanent general operative for VolkerLaser, based in Glasgow and working at other locations around Scotland. VolkerLaser's work on concrete and steel structures includes bridge deck waterproofing, expansion joints, concrete repair, cathodic protection and steel strengthening. The operative carries out construction and civils tasks as directed by site management, uses tools and plant within their training and takes part in briefings and toolbox talks.

• Construction site experience
• CSCS card and relevant job tickets
• Full UK driving licence
• Concrete repair, cathodic protection or civils experience an advantage
