Groundworks Supervisor

Laing O'Rourke is hiring a groundworks supervisor for its High Marnham project on Fledborough Road, Nottinghamshire. The role means supervising groundworks directly, managing operatives and subcontractors across multiple work fronts, and overseeing drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing to programme. Other duties include site records and reporting, toolbox talks, monitoring productivity and quality, and helping plan labour, plant and materials.

• SSSTS (essential)
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience supervising groundworks
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and legislation
• Major infrastructure or civil engineering experience highly desirable

Pay and benefits: £21.90 to £24.40 per hour, depending on experience.
