HPJ Operative

Esh Group is hiring a high-pressure jetting (HPJ) operative for its drainage and wastewater network team at Bowburn, County Durham. Working in a team, the operative cleans and unblocks wastewater sewers with vactor jetting equipment, including work in confined spaces, records job details on a tablet, fills in drivers' hours books and vehicle defect checks, and looks after the vehicle and kit. Flexibility over working hours and shifts is expected.

• Water jetting qualification
• Class 2 licence
• Experience of safe jetting practice
• Knowledge of GIS
• Patching or lining experience desirable
