Overhead Lines Supervisor

OCU Group is hiring an overhead lines supervisor in its regulated power division, based at Shinfield with regular travel. This permanent, full-time, site-based role leads day-to-day overhead line construction, briefing teams, monitoring quality, programme and safety, and making sure crews have the right PPE, plant and tools. The supervisor also works with Senior Authorised Persons on outages and earthing, runs inspections and audits, reviews documents and risk assessments, and coaches operational teams.

• Experience supervising overhead line or electrical distribution work
• Experience in DNO, ICP or distribution network environments
• Full UK driving licence
• NRSWA or IOSH a bonus
• Knowledge of NERS and outage planning helpful
