Shuttering Joiner

Careys Civil Engineering needs experienced shuttering joiners for a large city centre regeneration and infrastructure development in Edinburgh, on a contract or temporary basis. The work is long term, on reinforced concrete and heavy civils including retaining walls, slabs, pile caps, cores and ground beams, across a large phased programme: installing and striking formwork, working from drawings and supporting concrete pours. Established shuttering gangs are also considered.

• Blue CSCS skilled worker card as a minimum
• Proven shuttering joiner experience on civils, infrastructure or RC projects
• Experience with PERI, Doka or timber formwork
• Able to work from technical drawings
• Desirable: safety critical medical, IPAF, PASMA, confined space
