Site Supervisor

Network Plus is hiring a site supervisor in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, for its Thames Water developer services work. The supervisor leads local teams laying mains and new supplies for developers of all sizes, managing labour, plant and materials so work is safe, on time, on budget and right first time. The role includes site visits, monthly team briefings and inspections, capturing records and as-laids, acting as a health and safety representative, and helping improve developer satisfaction under the D-MeX measure.

• NRSWA at supervisory level
• Deep excavation knowledge and experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Good IT skills, including Excel and Word
• Health and safety qualification an advantage

Pay and benefits: £40,000 to £45,000 a year, permanent and full time, with a full benefits package.
