Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor (Level 4)

M Group is offering a 24-month Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 apprenticeship in Bicester, Oxfordshire, within the water division's demand management and network infrastructure team, which provides metering services. Apprentices learn safety and industry regulations, quality checks, audits and inspections, site reporting and record keeping, and how to supervise direct labour and subcontractors, working alongside highway inspectors, traffic management and client teams. Completing the programme brings the Level 4 qualification and a permanent role.

• Five GCSEs at grade C or above including maths and English, or a Level 2 apprenticeship in construction or property
• A relevant Level 3 qualification, such as A levels at DD or a BTEC National Diploma at PPP
• Valid UK or EU driving licence
• Good communication skills and keen to learn
