Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor (Level 4)

M Group Highways is offering a 24-month Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 apprenticeship based in Halesworth, Suffolk, with hybrid working listed. Apprentices learn safety and industry regulations, how to run safety briefings, quality monitoring, audits and inspections, site reports and records, and how to supervise direct labour and subcontractors, working closely with highway inspectors, traffic management and client teams. Finishing the programme brings the Level 4 qualification and a permanent role with M Group.

• Five GCSEs at grade C or above including maths and English, or a Level 2 apprenticeship in construction or property
• A relevant Level 3 qualification, such as A levels at DD or a BTEC National Diploma at PPP
• Valid UK or EU driving licence
• Good communication skills and keen to learn

Pay and benefits: £21,860.80 a year plus benefits, including a matched or contributory pension, life assurance, an online GP service and enhanced family leave.
