Piling Rig Operator

Laing O'Rourke is hiring a permanent piling rig operator for its expanded piling team at Sizewell, near Leiston in Suffolk. The operator installs piles to drawings and schedules, records pile depths and any obstructions, and works inside the piling exclusion zone under the direction of the rig banksman. Daily duties include rig checks, greasing and light maintenance, cab sheets, keeping the rig clean and helping with rigging up and de-rigging. Applicants need a CPCS Skilled Worker (blue) card, and LDA or CFA piling experience is preferred.
