Civils General Foreman

Skanska is hiring a permanent civils general foreman in Doncaster for Cementation Skanska, its piling and foundations business. The foreman supervises shift operations on repair works to programme, running inductions, briefings and toolbox talks, managing permits to work, access and shift logistics, and inspecting plant. The role also covers requisitioning materials, plant and equipment, organising deliveries and keeping daily records of progress, labour, plant and incidents.

• CSCS Supervisor (gold) card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• SEATS environmental training
• First aid at work and fire marshal training
• Supervisory experience in construction and good computer skills
