Groundworker

GRAHAM's facilities management business is hiring a groundworker on its Severn Trent Water contract, based at Belper, Derbyshire. The groundworker carries out planned and reactive maintenance, including civil and building fabric repairs, patching and painting, plant and equipment inspections, site stock, material deliveries between sites and suppliers, waste management and welfare duties. The work is done within the maintenance team or alone on minor tasks, and includes working at height.

• Relevant groundworks experience, ideally in maintenance or construction
• Desirable: a trade qualification, first aid and asbestos awareness
• Desirable: planned maintenance experience and a full UK driving licence

Pay and benefits: Permanent and full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Up to 33 days' paid leave, company pension, free life assurance, training, discounted private health care and gym membership, and uniform.
