Highways Lighting Operative (HGV2)

Enerveo is hiring a highways lighting operative with an HGV Class 2 licence at its Ealing depot in London (UB4). The operative drives a Class 2 lorry carrying lighting columns, materials and equipment to sites, uses the vehicle-mounted HIAB to unload and position columns, and works with jointers and electricians on column replacement, excavation and reinstatement. The job is hands-on site work as well as driving.

• HGV Class 2 licence
• Happy to do manual work, including excavation
• Able to join the on-call rota and living in or near the London Borough of Ealing, for a one-hour emergency response
• Nice to have: IPAF or PASMA, HIAB or lorry loader (ALLMI) training, NRSWA, G39, CSCS card

Pay and benefits: Up to £31,459 depending on skills, experience and hours, plus the Time Incentive Management (TIM) bonus scheme. Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (37 hours), with regular overtime and a 1-in-3 on-call rota with standby and call-out payments.
