Operative

Ringway is hiring a permanent operative in Bromsgrove for its Worcester business unit. The operative works with crews on a wide range of routine and cyclical highway works to specification, shares responsibility for safety and completes paper or electronic records. The role includes emergency and out-of-hours call-outs, winter maintenance, plant and vehicle defect checks, and travel to depots and sites around the county, occasionally beyond the contract area. Training is given, with progression in the role.

Pay and benefits: full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
