Cabling Site Supervisor

Balfour Beatty Power Transmission and Distribution is hiring a permanent cabling site supervisor based in Hull to work on large cable installation schemes around the UK. The supervisor runs site operatives, subcontractors and day-to-day construction work, leads briefings and toolbox talks, puts safe systems of work, risk assessments and method statements in place, coordinates labour, plant and equipment, and keeps site records and timesheets.

• Experience supervising high-voltage cable installation, ideally in power transmission and distribution
• SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: projects up to 400kV and knowledge of cable installation, jointing and associated civils
