Civils Site Supervisor

Lanes Group is hiring a civils site supervisor in Glasgow to oversee civil engineering and drainage construction on site. The supervisor helps the contracts manager plan jobs and materials and run the Teamleaf job management system, scopes upcoming sites, contributes to method statements and risk assessments, and liaises with clients. The role also involves supervising and assessing staff at the depot and on site, running site audits and making sure monthly toolbox talks and hose checks happen.

• Knowledge of civils work from excavation through to backfill and reinstatement
• Confident dealing with clients
• Able to scope and price works
• NRSWA Supervisor ticket desirable

Pay and benefits: up to £18.00 per hour depending on experience, Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours a week, a company vehicle for business use, and 21 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
