General Civil Engineering Operative

Danaher & Walsh, a family-run civils contractor based in Mountsorrel near Loughborough, is hiring general civil engineering operatives to work across the East Midlands. The work spans highway works and maintenance, reinstatements, deep and shallow drainage and bridgeworks, and the firm aims to keep its people working locally so they get home each night. Several vacancies are open, and individual operatives and established gangs are both welcome.

• CSCS card with a relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3
• CPCS card for plant-related tasks
• Current NRSWA (street works) certificate and traffic management experience
• Confined space trained
• At least one year's on-site civils experience, three years preferred
• Valid driving licence
