General Foreman

Kier is hiring a general foreman based in Brighton (Falmer) or Chatham in its water business, with the attached job description titled for Southern Water. The general foreman manages site safety through inductions, toolbox talks and daily task briefings, allocates work to site operatives within their skills, coordinates Kier and supply chain teams, orders plant, equipment and materials, and keeps daily site records for progress reports.

• Experience setting up and running a construction site
• NVQ Level 1 or 2
• CSCS supervisor (gold), experienced supervisor or manager card
• SSSTS
• Full driving licence
• No visa sponsorship available
