Groundworker (Topman)

Coinford is hiring an experienced topman for a busy project in Ashford, Kent. The role sits in a deep drainage team alongside pipelayers and machine operators: laying clay, plastic and concrete pipes, installing manholes and chambers, benching and surrounding pipework, and working to levels and falls from drawings and laser equipment. A sound grasp of excavation safety and trench support systems is expected.

• CSCS Skilled Worker blue card (essential)
• Proven pipelaying experience in drainage and groundworks
• Able to read technical drawings and work to levels and gradients
• Desirable: CPCS or CSCS-affiliated NPORS tickets for dumper, roller or excavator
• Desirable: confined spaces training and laser level experience
• Right to work in the UK
