Highways Supervisor

M Group is hiring a highways supervisor for its Hampshire highways maintenance contract, based mainly at the Bishops Waltham depot with occasional cover at other Hampshire depots. The supervisor delivers specialist treatment and cyclic highway work, mainly signs and lines, overseeing both direct and supply chain teams. The job includes planning and permitting works with the scheduler, closing orders on time, and keeping work to programme, specification and the NEC contract.

• SSSTS and CSCS
• Driving licence
• Able to work to construction programmes
• Knows how to deliver highway works to health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
