Lead Lining Operative

Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of Lanes Group, is hiring a lead lining operative at its Bradford office, reporting to the lining project manager and covering lining division contracts on Yorkshire Water wastewater work. The role supports management of the lining teams, audits and site safety, fleet and plant management, and productivity monitoring. It also involves handling the live work bank each day with the client and lining team, reacting to high-priority jobs and attending weekly site meetings.

• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: experience in all aspects of patching, lining and robotic cutting
• Desirable: good communication with customers and clients
• Desirable: competent with IT and able to work to deadlines

Pay and benefits: £15 to £16.50 per hour depending on experience, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, 50 hours a week.
