Skilled Operative

Griffiths is hiring a skilled operative on a permanent basis in North Wales, carrying out construction activities on its projects to programme and specification under the site supervisor or foreman. The operative works to inductions, RAMS, point-of-work risk assessments (POWRAs), toolbox talks and safety alerts, carries out pre-use checks and inspections on plant and equipment where relevant, and keeps accurate timesheets.

• Trained and assessed as competent for the tasks assigned
• Training as set out in the company training matrix for the role
• Desirable: CSCS card with a relevant NVQ Level 2
